If one political party wanted to mess up the other political party’s chances of getting elected, what better way than to have one of their own run in the other party and say what that party followers want to hear?
Donald Trump could very well be that person. He has flip flopped back and forth between the Democratic Party and the Republican Party at least five times in recent history, spending more time as a registered Democrat than he has as a Republican. He supported Clinton and Obama, but is now running ‘against’ their party.
He says he wants to build a wall between Mexico and the United States of America. A properly built border would be a great thing, but he claims he will make Mexico pay for it. That would be a wall that is 1,989 miles of wall; that is more than the distance between Denver and New York City. So, how do you make a foreign country build a wall? You can’t.
He also says that he will create a universal health care for all Americans. When asked how it would be funded, his answer “the government will pay for it.” When he says the government, anyone with a brain knows that means ‘the taxpayers’.
He has fed off of many people’s fear of radical Muslims making it into the United States. First of all, I hate to be the harbinger of bad news, but there are already radical Muslims in America. Second, there are extremists following all religions, so ALL immigrants should be properly vetted, including refugees, before being allowed into America.
He is pro-choice and has said so many times.
Finally, he hates FOX News which has always been the target of liberals.
I think he is here to get elected to support liberal ideals in the guise of a conservative (the proverbial Democrat in Republican clothing), and if elected, we will see more of the same thing that we have seen for the past eight years.
