Thought for Today (6/12/2017)

There are good stressors and bad stressors in life.  Whereas the good stressors tend to release endorphins, bad stressors tend to cause damage to the body.  I am having a day that is testing my ability to handle bad stress and even though I know I have no control over the situation, I still perceive it as bad and therefore am damaging my own body.  So my thought for today is mainly aimed at myself, but here it is:

Is the stress you perceive worth the damage it is doing to you?  If not, be aware of the stress and change the perception. ~ ME
