A Florida Gubernatorial candidate accused his opponent of being a bigot, a misogynist, and a racist and nothing was said. His opponent then said “the last thing we need to do is to monkey this up by trying to embrace a socialist agenda with huge tax increases and bankrupting this state. That is not going to work. It’s not going to be good for Florida.”
That’s when it all blew up. Since one candidate is Euro-American and the other African-American, the media and the self proclaimed liberal pundits decried the Euro-American candidate was calling his opponent a monkey, which is proclaimed by those same pundits as a racial slur.
If that s the case, where was the outrage when then President Obama used the term in a speech in 2008? Hillary Clinton used the term during her presidential runs on numerous occasions, where was the outrage?
I have called my grandchildren my chunky-monkeys when they were babies. Are liberals going to decry that racist too?
Since when have some people become so sensitive that they look for reasons to be offended? Or, are they not really offended but willingly playing dirty politics to try and get elected? Either way, they are losers and quit monkeying around.
